How Our Recovery Process Works
Unused concrete moves through a controlled recovery system, turning leftover material into a product that can serve another purpose.
Recover Unused Concrete
Ready mix trucks are washed after each load. Remaining concrete is rinsed out and directed into the recovery process while the truck is prepared for its next load.
Separate Material & Water
A four-pit system rinses, unloads, and separates the material. The process helps prevent different concrete mixtures from being inadvertently combined in subsequent loads.
Reuse the Water
The truck-washing and material-separation process uses 100% recycled water. Collected water is reused in the recovery process, reducing the need for new water for each wash.
Collect & Process
Water is filtered from the solids. The remaining material is collected, dried, and processed into recycled material for appropriate base rock or fill applications.
